- Born 1967 in Heidelberg, Germany, married, one daughter 
 
- Studied Economics in Heidelberg and Berlin, majoring in human resource policy, public economics and Business French. 
 
- Various placements in Germany and abroad during my studies, also worked at AIESEC; HR manager in the local committee, Berlin 
 
- 1997 – 2000 International Project Manager at DaimlerChrysler, Berlin. Focus: Establishment and development of new markets for the components business, in particular France and the USA. Establishment and support for a development-production cooperation with a Canadian supplier to win and handle major US orders. 
 
- 2001 Senior Consultant at the Deutsche Bank Consulting Group. Various projects on a European level, including organisational set-up of a pan-European Online Brokerage Service at Deutsche Bank AG, process design for Global Transaction Bank, etc. 
 
- 2001- 2008 Trainer and consultant at Neuland & Partner with a focus on management (manager)-training and management development programs. Approx. 200 training and consultancy projects in Germany and abroad during this period, each lasting several days - from Stockholm to Rome, as well as multi-modular management development programs with participants from all 5 continents. 
 
- Trainer training at Neuland & Partner, MBTI licence, trained as system coach and teacher at Simon, Weber and Friends 
 
- 2004 – 2008 Set up and ran the Neuland’s Academy for Modern Leadership. 
 
- 2004 – 2008 Member of the Board at Neuland & Partner 
 
- Since 2008 I have been working as a consultant with various business connections. Focus: Management development, change management, strategy, communication, top manager supervision, results-oriented process supervision, management development programs.
